Educator and instructional designer with 15+ years of experience using adult learning theories to facilitate individual and organizational-level learning. Prior to joining Amazon, she was the Director of Student Engagement at Renton Technical College and led student engagement teams. She envisioned and executed the college’s first student leadership program, student governance structure, tutoring center, career services center, new student orientations, and student retention programs. Additionally, she designed outreach and retention programs to engage students from marginalized identity groups in leadership programming.
