Being a Raiser’s Edge NXT database manager (DBM) is far more than just being the best, most knowledgeable Raiser’s Edge NXT user on the team. It’s more than writing queries, setting up reports, and producing mailing lists and export files. It’s not about being admin support and just doing what you’re told or asked. It is about taking proactive leadership of the database and the users.
