Eric started his nonprofit accounting work with a national Association Management Company in Chicago, IL. He has nearly 20 years of experience work with nonprofits. Over the last decade, he has worked as a Director of Finance for a museum, theatre, workforce development agency, and social service agency. He helped all the nonprofits work towards operational excellence by achieving best practices in accounting and financial reporting. He has overseen IT and HR in addition to his accounting work, which included several software transitions of donor databases and payroll processing conversions. He’s a Manager in Remote Services Operations-Elite (Midwest) and is a Leader of YPTC's Social Services specialization.
