Bruce Baughman has over 20 years of Fundraising experience supporting a wide array of causes. He is focused on the Technology and Strategy emphasizing accessibility, success and the best User/ Fundraiser /Donor Experience.

Current Co-Chair of the Luminate Online Product Advosory Group and Blackbaud Champions member.

At Susan G. Komen he provides technical and strategic support for all Peer-to-Peer Events in support of over $20M in revenue. This includes a holistic approach in support of Staff, Fundraisers and Donors. Do It Yourself Fundraising at Komen offers a series of opportunities and challenges. Using multiple Teamraisers gives our Fundraisers a complete set of tools and opportunities. 

Formerly a Blackbaud Partner as part of two successive agencies he has helped organizations across North America raise over $50M. He is regarded as a Luminate Online Expert across the entire product. He is also familiar with BBMS,  BBIS, Net Community, BBCRM, Raisers Edge and Altru.

He has earned multiple Blackbaud certifications.  Past roles include Marketing Director for a Biotech supplier, Wedding/Party DJ/Emcee, Instructor for Continuing Education at the Ringling College of Art and Cable TV Engineer.

Bruce lives near Asheville, NC with his wife, two cats and a variety of wildlife. He enjoys gardening, hiking and lifting weights.
