Amy Matthews is a Solutions Consultant on Blackbaud’s K–12 team, where she brings more than 12 years of experience helping schools get the most out of their technology. Before joining the Solutions Consulting group, Amy spent years at Blackbaud University, working hands‑on with hundreds of schools and thousands of teachers, administrators, and staff. Her background in training and her love of solving workflow puzzles make her especially passionate about helping schools translate their real‑world academic needs into simple, sustainable solutions.

Known for her deep product knowledge, Amy loves empowering schools to feel confident, capable, and creative with their Blackbaud tools. When she’s not guiding new and existing schools through better workflows, you can usually find her cheering on her customers’ wins or swapping ideas with K–12 leaders who make education happen every day.
