Allison King (she/her) is an Senior Instructional Designer at Blackbaud, a leading provider of software and services for the social good community. She has over 16 years of experience working with nonprofits and Blackbaud products. Allison has been involved in various initiatives to foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and belonging at Blackbaud. Over her tenure at Blackbaud, she has been a part of many committees, including the Customer Success Inclusion & Belonging committee and the End-of-Year committee. She is currently a leader of the Pride ERG and of the Working Families and Caregivers Affinity Group.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys a variety of activities, such as spending time with her family, theatre, reading, mythology and ancient religions, Renaissance Faires, crocheting, gaming, and baking. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and skills with others and inspiring them to learn and grow.
