Bio

Katherine has over 30 years of fundraising experience. As a member of Blackbaud’s analytics team for nearly two decades, she facilitates the use of custom modeling, wealth screening, and prospect research solutions with data-driven strategies. She has also served as national director of gift planning at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society home office and as director of major gift planning with the American Heart Association, California Affiliate and Colorado Public Radio. Katherine has raised over $200 million during her career. She is a past president of the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable, a former lawyer, and also served as an affiliate faculty member at Regis University where she taught development-related courses at the master’s level for more than 10 years. Katherine was married in August 2025 and is now learning conversational French so that she can hold conversations with her new family that reside in the Alsace region of France. She and her husband Jean-Luc Voegele live in Denver, Colorado and part-time in Tucson, Arizona when the sun is not blazing and the saguaro cactus are blooming.
