Jennifer first joined VPM in 2017 as a member of the Major Gifts teams, and over her tenure she’s worked in varying capacities from managing a caseload of high-capacity donors, helping to build the foundation for the mid-level program and now overseeing the Membership team. Furthermore, in 2021, Jennifer was a lead on the team managing the database conversion to RENXT and continues to serve as a “power-user”, using her background in individual giving to utilize the database and build an infrastructure that most effectively meets the needs of Development team members serving donors at all giving levels. Prior to joining VPM, Jennifer spent many years as a fundraiser focused on individual giving primarily serving performing arts non-profits such as Arena Stage and The Richmond Ballet. Jennifer also serves as a member of the PBS Development Advisory Committee (DAC) and as a Board Member of VAFRE (Virginia Association of Fund Raising Executives).
