Ashley Oates – Strategic Consultant, Senior  Ashley joined Blackbaud in 2012 as a support analyst for analytics solutions. Over her two years in support, she served as a technical resource for ResearchPoint and Data Enrichment Services. She later served as analytics training lead, managing the course curriculum and teaching the ResearchPoint Learn training program. In her current role as an analytics consultant, she leverages her in-depth experience with ResearchPoint for pre/post-sales ResearchPoint consulting and training. She received her bachelor’s degree in music business from Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam in 2009.  She now serves on the board as President of Saratoga Voices, a non-profit choral group based out of Saratoga Springs, NY.
