Austen Brown is a Senior Automation Architect with Prenger Solutions Group, a full-service consulting firm assisting non-profits with fundraising, database administration and automated solutions. Austen has more than a decade of experience working with Raiser’s Edge NXT; she specializes in data hygiene, solving complex problems, and building out Power Automate flows to automate business processes within RE NXT. Austen has been a featured speaker at Blackbaud’s Annual Conference and has co-led a series of skills labs at Blackbaud’s Annual Developers Conference to inspire fellow citizen developers to create custom automations through Microsoft’s Power Platform.
