Jewell is a Senior Manager of Customer Success for Blackbaud’s Corporate Impact team which supports YourCause® Solutions. Jewell has 20 years of experience in the social good space. Before joining the Blackbaud team 12 years ago, Jewell worked with Nonprofit organizations where she specialized in event creation, program planning, fundraising, NPO marketing, and communications on a global scale. She is passionate about leading and developing a team known for consultative support and enablement in a SaaS environment. She is a known and trusted subject matter expert for employee engagement programs, giving campaigns and disaster relief, as well as sharing the customer voice to support product innovation. Her favorite causes support community activities that promote mental health and wellness. Jewell can be found out and about in her off time with her family supporting her two children in their many activities, hiking State and National parks, or cooking for her family and friends.
