Brooke Stelmazewski brings over 18 years of experience in social impact and nonprofit innovation to her role as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Blackbaud. Since joining the company six years ago, Brooke has helped corporate clients translate their social impact initiatives into scalable, story-driven solutions using YourCause technology. Her journey at Blackbaud began as an Implementation Consultant and evolved into a strategic role on the Solutions Consulting team, where she’s spent the last three years advising organizations committed to social good.

Prior to Blackbaud, Brooke spent a decade in the nonprofit sector, working with world-class arts organizations to amplify their community impact. She holds a Master’s degree in Arts Entrepreneurship from Columbia College Chicago and is passionate about connecting purpose-driven programs with technology that enables growth and measurable outcomes.

Brooke is based in Dallas, Texas, and is inspired daily by the incredible work her clients are doing to make a difference in communities around the world.
