Caitlin is a Senior Manager of Customer Success at YourCause from Blackbaud. In 2019 Caitlin came to YourCause with 8 years of experience in big-box retail management where she oversaw operations of a large format retail store. She now leads a team of Customer Success Managers, providing best-in-class strategic partnership and consultation to customers. Caitlin is passionate about developing future leaders and building teams of consultative, passionate individuals who want to make an impact. 

Outside of work, Caitlin loves the outdoors and can often be found enjoying nature on a hike or exploring our national parks with her family. She enjoys traveling the world, experiencing new foods and cultures, and has a deep love for reading. Her favorite causes are animal welfare and protecting our state and national parks for future generations.
