Gina is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in streamlining processes and leading cross-functional initiatives to success. Gina joined the YourCause team from Blackbaud in 2017 as a Processing Analyst, where she played a key role in enhancing and scaling global processing pathways. Her commitment to innovation and operational excellence led to her promotion in July 2023 to Global Payments Partner Manager. In this role, Gina partners closely with the YourCause team and global processing partners to deliver outstanding service and strategic guidance to clients committed to making a global social impact.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains with her husband and energetic dog. Her free time is spent tinkering with baking recipes at high altitude, running a book club, and watching reality television. Her favorite causes are animal welfare and women’s empowerment.
