Jody is a Customer Success Manager at Blackbaud Canada. Born and raised in Toronto, ON, Jody spent most of her career in non-profits, mainly in hospitals, hospital foundations, and arts organizations. As a previous end user and self proclaimed "annual giving girlie", Jody works with her customers across Canada to ensure they're getting the optimal value from their Blackbaud solutions. In her spare time, Jody likes to craft (crochet, embroidery), take long walks, attempt a workout and spend time with her husband and young son.
