Caroline Benton is a Principal Consultant for Blackbaud's RENXT Advisory+/Optimization Services; she has been with Blackbaud since 2006. Prior joining Blackbaud, she was a Raiser’s Edge user at a hospital foundation.

When her family moved to Charleston, SC, Caroline joined Blackbaud in the Customer Support team and advanced to Senior Support Specialist before becoming a Customer Success Manager and Business Analyst.

Caroline always looks for a way to say “yes” – creative solutions, workarounds, external tools and resources are her go-to when established processes don’t solve a challenge at hand.

Caroline’s areas of expertise include Raiser’s Edge database management, best practices, importing, and data cleanup.

Caroline has been an active volunteer, fundraiser, and advocate for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since her son was diagnosed with CF in 2003. She has also volunteered for the Children’s Hospital at MUSC, Children’s Miracle Network, Make-A-Wish, her sons’ schools and political candidates/social issues.
