Ben Lewis joined Blackbaud in 2006 as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where he ensured the accuracy of data conversions for new customers and validated custom applications for existing clients using Raiser’s Edge. From 2008 to 2010, he served as a Business Analyst, gathering requirements, designing, and testing custom plug-ins for Raiser’s Edge.

In 2010, Ben transitioned to the Raiser’s Edge Consulting team and has since provided expert guidance on both Raiser’s Edge and Raiser’s Edge NXT. He is a founding member of Blackbaud’s Advisory+ consulting group, contributing to strategic initiatives and client success.

Before joining Blackbaud, Ben spent 18 years on staff with Young Life (1988–2006), including 11 years as an Area Director in metro Atlanta, where he led fundraising efforts and managed local budgets.

Ben and his wife Jennifer have been married since 1998 and live in Greensboro, NC, with their two daughters, ages 16 and 12. He is actively involved in his community, volunteering with several nonprofits including his church, a local farm addressing food insecurity, and an organization supporting housing and behavioral health services for at-risk youth.
