Kayla Webber is the Director of Community Relations and Membership at the USS Yorktown Foundation. With over a decade of nonprofit marketing and membership experience, she has successfully launched and enhanced membership programs at the International African American Museum, the South Carolina Aquarium, and Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum.

Kayla specializes in leveraging data-driven insights to improve member engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. She is recognized as an innovator in the field and has presented at national conferences such as the American Museum Membership Conference and the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, as well as in webinars hosted by Cuseum and Blackbaud.
