Hallie is Director of Advancement Operations at Alvernia University, where she leads strategy and innovation for data, reporting, and advancement systems. Since joining the university in 2019, she has modernized operational processes, strengthened data governance, and implemented scalable automation solutions that support frontline fundraising success.
A recipient of the 2022 BBDevDays Vision Award and the 2024 Blackbaud Community Award, Hallie is recognized for her leadership and contributions within the Blackbaud ecosystem. She is passionate about helping advancement teams maximize their Raiser’s Edge NXT investment by leveraging extensibility tools such as Power Automate and Power BI to reduce manual work and increase organizational capacity.
