After 16 years at Blackbaud, Kalai TaiHook still gets excited about helping arts & culture organizations turn great ideas into great outcomes. As Principal Consultant for Altru, she partners with museums, gardens, aquariums, and other cultural institutions to strengthen visitor engagement, memberships, and fundraising programs. Outside of work, she's usually earning bruises in Taekwondo class, logging miles on her bike, swimming laps, or exploring a new corner of the world.
