Ryan has worked in Customer Success at Blackbaud for nearing a decade, focusing on the Grantmaking and Corporate space for 4 years.  Ryan believes that improving and expanding Grantmaking can change the world for the better and is endlessly curious about ways to make that happen.  He brings his work and life experience to bear in this effort, and appreciates hearing other’s thoughts on ways to make the sector better.  He has particular affection for those organizations that support our environment as he's an avid hiker, biker and kayaker.
