Nicole Holt has worked at Preble Street since 2010 and brings more than twenty years of experience with Raiser's Edge. She designs scalable fundraising infrastructure in Raiser's Edge NXT, aligning data governance, automation, and reporting to strengthen operational efficiency and revenue visibility.

After completing the inaugural Blackbaud–Microsoft Power Platform Accelerator, Nicole connected Raiser's Edge NXT to Power Automate and SharePoint to cut manual processes and improve reporting reliability across teams. Her work centers on governed, automation-driven systems that support accurate segmentation, lifecycle management, and executive-ready reporting — without heavy IT support.

Nicole has presented multiple times at bbdevdays, received the 2022 bbdevdays Community Award and the 2026 bbdevdays Developer Impact Award, and won the 2025 Hackathon Award for Best Use of Power Automate for automating Raiser's Edge NXT Standard Report exports to SharePoint. She presented at bbcon in 2023 and 2025, and lives in Portland, Maine.
