Nicole Hansen is a seasoned community relations, employee engagement, and corproate foundation professional.

With nearly 20 years of corproate community and employee engagement experience, Nicole has been recognized as an expert in trust-based philanthropy, emplyee engagement, and corporate foundation leadership and governance. 

Nicole leads the nVent Foundation where she has responsiblity for employee and community engagement around the world. Prior to nVent, Nicole served as Executive Director of the Securian Financial Foundation and Director of Community Engagement. Under her leadership, philanthropic contributions and employee engagement more than doubled. Prior to Securian Financial, Nicole spent more than 10 years at Thomson Reuters.

Nicole earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hamline University. 

A native Minnesotan who doesn't try to hide her accent, Nicole and her husband Mike enjoy spending time with their two grown children, two dogs, and being outside. They're all hopeful the Minnesota Vikings will make it to a Super Bowl (and win!). There's time!
