Deb is a dedicated advocate for inclusion and diversity. She serves as the acting Director of Client and Community Strategic Initiatives within the Inclusion & Diversity division at Alight Solutions, where she fosters meaningful connections and drives social impact through volunteerism and giving. She also co-leads the Alight Solutions Pride Professional Network (PPN), one of 11 Colleague Led Communities (CLCs) within the organization, championing equity and belonging for LGBTQ+ colleagues.
