Bio

As Community Investment Manager, Andrea Vullo leads Lubrizol’s global corporate social impact strategy, including charitable contributions and employee volunteerism. She cultivates partnerships with nonprofit and community organizations, supports local community investment councils and employees serving on nonprofit boards, and advises employee resource groups on their community engagement efforts.

Prior to joining Lubrizol, Andrea spent three years on the collective impact team that developed the Cleveland Metropolitan School District’s (CMSD) Planning and Career Exploration (PACE) initiative and the Greater Cleveland Career Consortium (GCCC).

Previously, Andrea held several roles at GE Lighting, most recently serving as Public Affairs Manager. Over her 18-year tenure, she led the company’s public affairs, community relations, and citizenship initiatives—including a pioneering partnership with MC2 STEM High School, located on GE’s corporate campus. Her earlier roles included Recruitment Manager, Pricing Systems Operations Leader, and IT Project Leader. She is also a 2002 graduate of GE’s Information Management Leadership Program.

Andrea is a passionate advocate for education and for increasing representation and diversity in STEM fields. She currently serves on the boards of Motogo and Random Acts of Kindness Everywhere (R.A.K.E.).

She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Denison University and is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. She resides in Westlake with her husband, Dominic, and their two sons, Cason and Hunter.
