Leah Ross is a leader in the non-profit sector, with over 15 years of experience dedicated to data and systems management. She has worked for various fundraising organizations that aim to empower women, reduce homelessness through job training, and improve pediatric healthcare outcomes. Currently, she serves as the Director of Advancement Systems for Seattle Children's Foundation, where she managed the successful implementation of Blackbaud CRM. Leah's passion for data, technology, and having a positive social impact led her to complete a master’s in information management from the University of Washington in 2024.
