Hope is a Senior User Experience Designer with over six years of experience crafting user-centered, research-driven designs at Blackbaud. Currently focused on transforming grants management processes, Hope is exploring innovative opportunities for streamlining workflows for both grant funders and grantseekers. She is passionate about leveraging user reseach to ensure solutions built will solve the right problems and have a real impact on users' day-to-day work. In her free time, Hope loves any excuse to be outside, whether it be running, camping, or tending to her native plant garden. She also volunteers her time at a local animal shelter and oversees the scholarship committee of her city's garden club.
