Her journey has spanned multiple disciplines including Support, QA, Business Systems Analysis, and Product Management, across key areas such as BCRM, Online Giving, and now Payments. She is deeply passionate about enhancing donor engagement, with a particular focus on increasing the impact of sustained giving. Her work is driven by a commitment to creating meaningful, user-centered solutions that empower donors and strengthen long-term support. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and watching F1 races with her daughter.
