Additionally, she spearheaded the development of a Data Governance Dashboard, which meticulously tracks compliance with minimal viable records for alumni, constituents, and the overall activity of constituent records. Under her leadership, the Security Program achieved a notable advancement, progressing from NIST Maturity Level 2: Managed to Level 4: Quantitatively Managed, showcasing her commitment to strengthening the Foundation's cybersecurity posture.
