Cooper West is a South Carolina Lowcountry Native, currently living in historic Charleston, SC. He brings over a decade of Technology and Blackbaud experience to helping Blackbaud Customers achieve their organizational goals and support their mission. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology and a brief stint in public service, he joined the Blackbaud Customer Support team. Cooper now serves as a strategic partner and customer advocate in his role as a senior Customer Success Manager helping Blackbaud's K-12 and Higher Education customers achieve success through tailored and personalized customer journies while utilizing Blackbaud Solutions and Services.
