With more than 20 years’ experience in the Australian nonprofit sector, Kate has delivered over A$150 million in fundraising income and worked in major digital transformation projects that have reshaped donor engagement. She began her career as a face-to-face fundraiser and has since held senior roles with international and domestic non- profit organizations including UNICEF Australia, Australian Red Cross, Greenpeace Asia Pacific, the Heart Research Institute, Wesley Mission, and leading acquisition agencies Good Cause, Face 2 Face Fundraising, and Rippling.

Kate is recognised as a sector thought leader in payment optimization, donor experience, and decline management. She has lead an industry group of 75+ fundraising and data specialists who meet regularly to share best practice in pledge management. A regular conference panelist and contributor to sector reviews, she is passionate about helping organizations optimize their giving solutions, streamline systems, and focus on what matters most - impact.
