Hallie Guiseppe serves as Director of Advancement Operations at Alvernia University, where she leads strategy, data governance, reporting, and technology initiatives that support fundraising, engagement, and operational excellence. Since joining the university in 2019, she has helped transform advancement operations through process improvement, automation, analytics, and the successful adoption of modern fundraising technologies.
A recipient of the Blackbaud Impact Award, the Blackbaud Community Award, and the BBDevDays Vision Award, Hallie is a recognized leader within the Blackbaud community. She is passionate about helping nonprofit organizations maximize their technology investments through practical applications of Raiser’s Edge NXT, Power Automate, Power BI, and emerging AI technologies.
Hallie is a frequent conference speaker and community contributor, presenting at BBCON and BBDevDays, leading customer-led user groups, and participating in Blackbaud early adopter programs, including the Development Agent part of the Agents for Good initiatives. She is known for translating complex technical concepts into actionable solutions that empower teams, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and create capacity for mission-focused work.
Outside of higher education, Hallie is the founder of HT Organic Solutions, where she is developing Pocket Gofer, an AI-powered recordkeeping platform designed to help small farms simplify compliance and operational tracking through accessible technology.
