Nicole Holt has worked at Preble Street since 2010 and has more than twenty years of experience with Raiser’s Edge. She specializes in designing scalable fundraising infrastructure within Raiser’s Edge NXT, aligning data governance, automation, and reporting strategy to strengthen operational efficiency and revenue visibility.
After completing the inaugural Blackbaud–Microsoft Power Platform Accelerator, Nicole began integrating Raiser’s Edge NXT with Power Automate and SharePoint to reduce manual processes and improve reporting reliability across teams. Her work focuses on building governed, automation-driven systems that enable accurate segmentation, lifecycle management, and executive-ready reporting without requiring heavy IT support.
Nicole has presented multiple times at bbdevdays, received the bbdevdays Community Award in 2022, and won the 2025 Hackathon Award for Best Use of Power Automate for automating Raiser’s Edge NXT Standard Report exports to SharePoint—streamlining workflows and expanding data access. She presented at bbcon in both 2023 and 2025.
