Bruce Baughman’s current role is as Susan G. Komen’s Sr. P2P Engineer. At Susan G. Komen he provides architectural, technical, strategic support for all Peer-to-Peer Events, Online Giving through Luminate Online and BBMS.  Using multiple TeamRaiser Events with a robust Gift Experience gives our Fundraisers a complete set of tools and opportunities. He also supports the integration of Fundraising Apps, Data and Mission needs through the Blackbaud platform. He also provides organization wide Engineering Support for our diverse platforms as needed. This includes a wholistic approach in support of Staff, Fundraisers and Donors.
 
Formerly a Blackbaud Partner as part of two successive agencies he has helped organizations across North America raise over $100M. Luminate Online Expert across the entire product. He is also familiar with BBIS, Net Community, BBCRM, Raiser Edge and Altru. He has earned multiple Blackbaud certifications.  
 
Bruce lives near Asheville, NC with his wife, two cats and a variety of wildlife. He enjoys gardening, hiking and lifting weights.
