Kimberley Côté is a Principal Raiser's Edge NXT Consultant in the Blackbaud Advisory+ team, with almost 20 years of combined experience spanning fundraising, database management, and customer success. Since joining Blackbaud in 2019, she has partnered with nonprofit organizations across Canada to support adoption, optimization, and thoughtful, strategic use of Blackbaud solutions.
Before Blackbaud, Kimberley spent more than a decade working directly in the nonprofit sector, which gives her a deep appreciation for the real world pressures, priorities, and tradeoffs teams navigate every day. She brings a practical, empathetic, and refreshingly honest approach to her work, with a passion for helping organizations use data and AI powered insights to focus effort where it matters most, while keeping human judgment, trust, and mission at the center of every decision.
