Tina Shelton is the Senior Manager of Community Development Operations at Susan G. Komen, where she’s been a proud part of the organization since 2019. In her current role, she serves as a direct cross-functional partner on projects that advance strategic and budget priorities, collaborating closely with both centralized and regional teams. Over the years, she’s worked in donor relations, community fundraising, and operations, becoming a go-to partner for anything that blends strategy with systems thinking. She led the Operations team that directly supported Community Development with Salesforce onboarding and coaching, building dashboards and reconciliation processes, and strengthening collaboration with Accounting, Legal, Mission, and Revenue Strategy teams to make life easier for fundraisers and leaders across the country.
Before joining Komen, Tina spent many years building a career in the corporate world, where she specialized in product training, account management, and system and project implementation. Working closely with technology and product development teams gave her a deep appreciation for cross-functional partnership—something she brings into every conversation and collaboration in the nonprofit space today. 
Tina lives in Orange County, California. Outside of work, she loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.
A little fun fact, she’s also a former collegiate co-ed cheerleader and head coach.
