David Amoah Oduro is a financial strategy and analytics leader specializing in data-driven decision-making, federal compliance, and organizational performance in the nonprofit and research sectors. At Gulf of Maine Research Institute — a nationally recognized institute advancing climate adaptation, marine ecosystem science, and coastal community resilience — he leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic analytics.
Beyond compliance, David architects financial intelligence systems — including Power BI dashboards that deliver real-time visibility into funding pipelines and institutional performance — bridging regulatory rigor with advanced analytics to support executive-level decision-making. He holds an MS in Business Analytics and an MBA in Finance, and is certified in Alteryx and Qlik Sense.
