Aaron began his career as a teacher and administrator in K12 private schools, and has since (aside from a stint in financial planning) been involved in educational technology with various roles including sales, customer success, services, and product management.  He has been at Blackbaud for over 9 years and currently is a Senior Product Manager working on Blackbaud Award and Stewardship Management.
