Kellie Swikoski serves as the Grant Compliance and Database Specialist at YWCA Kalamazoo, bringing twenty-five years of nonprofit experience and over fifteen years of dedicated expertise in grant management. In her role, Kellie oversees the full scope of post‑award grant compliance, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment with funder expectations from implementation through reporting.Kellie is also the database administrator for Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, Instrumentl, and Apricot, where she leverages her technical expertise to strengthen data integrity and organizational efficiency. She collaborates closely with the Research and Evaluation team to ensure intentional and meaningful data tracking, and partners with Finance to design processes that enhance communication and support both internal and external stakeholders.Grounded in a strong passion for YWCA’s mission to eliminate racism and empower women, Kellie applies a mission-first lens to every aspect of her work.
