Tom Haley is the Executive Director of Information Technology Services at the University of Nebraska Foundation, where he provides strategic leadership for enterprise technology, security, and digital transformation in support of the Foundation’s philanthropic mission. With more than two decades of experience across higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations, Tom is known for building high‑performing teams and aligning technology strategy with organizational goals.
In his current role, Tom leads IT strategy, governance, cybersecurity, and operational excellence initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders to enable innovation, stewardship, and long‑term sustainability. He previously held senior technology leadership roles at Catholic Health Initiatives, CommonSpirit Health, and Creighton University.
