I’m a cybersecurity leader with nearly 15 years of experience helping organizations manage risk, strengthen resilience, and build trust in an increasingly complex digital landscape. As Director of Cybersecurity at Blackbaud, I lead teams across Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Business Information Security (BISO), and Customer Trust—aligning security strategy with business outcomes.

My focus is translating cybersecurity into business value. I partner closely with executive leadership, product, legal, and engineering teams to embed security into the fabric of the organization—whether that’s navigating regulatory obligations, advancing cybersecurity risk management, or enabling secure innovation in areas like AI.
