Natashia (Tasha) Thomas is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of professional experience in the Non-Profit and Development space. Currently serving as the Director of Individual Giving and Analytics at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Tasha has a proven track record of creating lasting partnerships, driving organizational growth, and optimizing programs and procedures.

In her current role, Tasha has built a dynamic and respected tea and has designed and managed comprehensive annual giving programs, bucking industry trends with growth in both donors and revenue. She has spearheaded efforts to align efforts across engagement, annual giving and stewardship to develop meaningful journeys and impactful communications for the College of Medicine, the OSUCCC- James Cancer Hospital and seven health sciences colleges.

Tasha joined Ohio State as the Director of Operations where she managed operational budgets and led special projects, including the transition to remote work during the pandemic and a complete technology transition. Her innovative approach to team culture and onboarding processes has been widely recognized.

Tasha holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.

In addition to her professional achievements, Tasha is an active presenter and workshop leader, having contributed to numerous conferences and events, including the Association of Prospect Researchers for Advancement (APRA), the National Association of Cancer Center Development Officers (NACCDO), and the Make-A-Wish International Conference.  She is a recipient of the Ohio Prospect Research Networks Lifetime Achievement Award.
