Tasha Thomas is an accomplished leader in the Non-Profit and Development space. Currently serving as the Director of Individual Giving and Analytics at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Tasha has a proven track record of creating lasting partnerships, driving organizational growth, and optimizing programs and procedures.

In her current role, Tasha has built a dynamic and respected team and has designed and managed comprehensive annual giving and grateful patient programs. She has spearheaded efforts to align teams across engagement, annual giving and stewardship to develop meaningful journeys and impactful communications for the College of Medicine, the OSUCCC- James Cancer Hospital and eight health sciences colleges.

Tasha's expertise extends to her tenure as the Director of Annual Giving, Make-A-Wish, Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana (OKI), where she implemented a new chapter-wide annual giving program that resulted in a 200% increase in donations. She has also worked as a freelance consultant, providing prospect research, strategic planning, and program analysis to various clients across the United States and Canada.

Tasha holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Additionally, she has obtained certificates in Data Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Strategic Doing Certified Practitioner.

In addition to her professional achievements, Tasha is an active presenter, mentor and workshop leader, having contributed to numerous conferences and events, including the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), the National Association of Cancer Center Development Officers (NACCDO).
