Jessica joined Blackbaud in 2022 after working in cultural institutions in Denver, Colorado. Her experience includes managing membership and annual fund programs, with a background in multi-channel marketing, member and donor stewardship, and database management. Jessica currently serves as a Customer Success Manager on Blackbaud’s Arts & Cultural team, where she partners with cultural organizations across the United States.
