Jenifer Alonzo is a Principal Solutions Architect at Blackbaud specializing in fundraising and advancement technology for nonprofit organizations. She partners with advancement and IT leaders on CRM strategy, gift processing, cloud transformation, integrations, and AI-enabled fundraising solutions. Her work focuses on helping organizations modernize operations, improve data quality, and create scalable platforms that support long-term philanthropic growth. Jenifer brings more than 30 years of experience serving the nonprofit sector, including 10 years leading Salesforce implementation projects with a consulting partner. Today, she is delighted to be part of the Blackbaud team, helping organizations leverage technology to advance their missions and maximize fundraising impact. She lives in Kentucky, where she enjoys hiking with her dogs, Jolene and Lola, and spending time tending her garden.
