LaDona Lanphere Fazio is the Director of Advancement Services, Data Analytics & Stewardship at St. Mark’s School in Southborough, Massachusetts. With over two decades of advancement experience spanning both independent school and higher education sectors, LaDona specializes in CRM optimization, system transitions, and aligning database architecture with strategic fundraising goals.

At St. Mark's, she successfully served as the project lead, transitioning the institution from RE Classic to RE NXT, while building robust reporting frameworks that helped close out a historic $112M campaign. Her expertise lies at the intersection of operational efficiency and strategic enablement—overhauling data governance, building prospect research pipelines from scratch, and restructuring fund alignment with FE NXT. Prior to her role at St. Mark's, LaDona spent 14 years at Clark University in various leadership positions across advancement services, annual giving, and alumni affairs. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Clark University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Alfred University.
