Beth Nusman is currently the Director of Development Services at St. Albans School in Washington, D.C. Beth has over 25 years of experience in non-profit Development Operations and Database Management, beginning her career as the Membership and Database Coordinator for The John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota, FL. She most recently served as the Director of Development Operations at The Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee. For two decades, Beth worked as the Database Administrator for Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation.
Having navigated nearly every role within the non-profit sector, Beth possesses a comprehensive "360-degree" view of how development services can transform an organization. Exclusively using Raiser’s Edge for over 20 years, she creates streamlined systems and database protocols necessary for non-profit success.
Throughout her career, Beth has remained dedicated to the belief that strong operational foundations are the key to sustainable, mission-driven growth.
Beth received her B.A. in International Studies at the University of South Florida. She enjoys going to concerts, exploring DC, walking, and spending time with family and friends.
