Bio
Angie Theaker is Director of Strategic Project Management at The Ohio State University, where she leads a project management and IT training team responsible for delivering large, complex IT initiatives within University Advancement. During her 28-year career in information technology, Angie has served as a developer, business analyst, project manager, and PMO leader, building a broad perspective on how technology can drive organizational success. She has spent the last 14 years at Ohio State, partnering with teams across the institution to deliver transformative technology solutions.
A returning BBCON speaker, Angie is excited to be presenting for the second time and sharing insights from her experience leading strategic projects, organizational change, and technology initiatives. Beyond her professional career, Angie is passionate about serving her community through nonprofit leadership. She has served on several nonprofit boards and most recently served as Board Chair for ElevateDD (formerly The Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio.)
Outside of work and community service, Angie enjoys playing tennis, spending time with her husband, Brent, and cheering on her three teenage children in all of their activities and pursuits.
