"Data-driven" is the strategy of the day, but which data should be driving decisions? There are so many metrics to choose from in our world where everything is coded, tagged, and tracked. Erica Best and Chris Brooks will talk about their experiences navigating these data minefields and help attendees think through what metrics make the most sense for them based on the needs of their program.
