Frances Beasley joined Victory Junction in 2018 as Chief Development Officer. In her role as CDO, Frances oversees the fundraising strategies and financial sustainability for the organization. With a long history of working with nonprofit organizations, Frances has been a Raiser's Edge user for over 24 years. She champions innovation and collaboration and empowerment – supporting and creating pathways for continuing education and discovery – for the purpose of personal, professional and organizational growth.
