Ray serves as the Director of Enrollment Management and Financial Aid at St. Andrew's School in Barrington, Rhode Island, and is the school's Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. As a product of St. Andrew's School himself, Ray's belief in and passion for the school are unmatched. Before returning to St. Andrew's, Ray worked at another New England boarding high school and a Junior Boarding School in Massachusetts. In addition to currently leading the admissions office and DEI efforts at his alma mater, Ray is a frequent presenter at various national conferences and serves on several boards. Ray enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter outside of work, playing basketball, writing, and traveling.
